Designed a comprehensive Radiology Management System (RMS) for GIC Prime Imaging Centre to streamline multi-branch operations and role-based workflows. The system centralizes appointment scheduling, patient records, billing, invoice generation, and payment tracking into one unified dashboard. Created tailored experiences for five key personas Super Admin, Branch Admin, Receptionist, Radiologist, and PRO ensuring clarity, efficiency, and minimal operational friction. Focused on intuitive data hierarchy, quick task flows, and real-time visibility to improve front-desk efficiency and clinical coordination.

Managing complex workflows across five different personas with distinct access levels and responsibilities. Designing a clean information hierarchy for large volumes of medical and financial data. Balancing operational efficiency with ease of use for non-technical users like receptionists and PROs.
